Monisha is a civil engineer specialising in construction project management and project controls. She earned her M.Tech in Construction Engineering & Management from M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, building on a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bengaluru.
Through hands-on project-coordination experience with a leading Bengaluru developer, she has worked across planning, scheduling and on-site delivery — bringing structured, data-driven coordination to construction programmes. Her command of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and SAP ERP keeps cost, time and resources aligned, complementing the firm's field expertise with modern digital project controls.
